Tomato Pasta
A simple Italian-style tomato sauce pasta. Ready in 30 minutes.

- にんにく 3 cloves
- トマト 400 g
- 塩 1 tsp
- こしょう to taste
- pasta water 50 ml
- バジル some
- オリーブオイル 1 tbsp

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook パスタ until al dente.

While pasta cooks, heat オリーブオイル in a pan over medium heat.

Add にんにく (thinly sliced) and cook gently for ⏱ 2 min until fragrant, not browned.

Add トマト (crushed), 塩, and こしょう.

Simmer on medium-low for ⏱ 15 min until the sauce thickens.

Reserve pasta water before draining the pasta.

Add drained pasta to the sauce, toss with a splash of pasta water to loosen.

Finish with fresh バジル leaves and a drizzle of オリーブオイル.
