味噌汁

A simple everyday miso soup with tofu and wakame. Comforting and quick.

  • 出汁 500 ml
  • 豆腐 150 g
  • ワカメ 5 g
  • 味噌 2 tbsp
  • ネギ some

    Bring 出汁 to a gentle simmer in a pot over medium heat.

    Add 豆腐 (cut in 1 cm cubes) and ワカメ (dried, rehydrated).

    Simmer for ⏱ 2 min until tofu is warmed through.

    Remove from heat, then dissolve 味噌 into the soup using a ladle or strainer.

    Do not boil after adding miso.

    Garnish with ネギ (thinly sliced) and serve immediately.
